  • This program is designed to be an intensive, focused experience over six weeks, allowing you to achieve significant transformation in a short period of time. You’ll need to commit approximately 90 minutes per week:

    • 60 minutes for the weekly workshop

    • 30 minutes for reflection and homework between sessions

    Additionally, you’ll have three 1:1 coaching sessions scheduled at times that work best for you.
